If you feel that you need to speak to a doctor / nurse for clinical advice, please do not ring first thing as our phone lines are normally busy. If you ring after 10:00 the receptionist will either log a message on the computer for the doctor / nurse to ring you back. If you do leave a message that you need medical advice from a clinician, your call should be returned by the end of the day.
Please make sure that you are available to take the call from the doctor/nurse. If they are unable to get through to you more than once, a failed encounter note will be recorded on your journal and no further attempt will be made.
