GUILDHALL SURGERY IS OPERATING A 'PHONE FIRST ONLY' POLICY DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC
We have adopted this policy to protect our staff and patients. We are not seeing any patients without a pre-arranged appointment and we ask that patients DO NOT come to the surgery with such an appointment.
Our phone lines are open as usual and if you have a medical problem you will be able to speak to a Doctor or Nurse. If, after speaking with a Doctor or Nurse, you need to be seen the Doctor or Nurse will arrange a time for you to come in to the surgery. Please see our FAQs for more information about appointments, prescriptions and surgery services during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Please note that in line with Government and BMA guidance we are not providing letters exempting patients from wearing masks. If you would like something to show that you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons you can print a card from the government website.
