eConsult

Important Notice - Our eConsult will close at 1200 hours on Thursday 22 May due to staff training that afternoon. Full facilities will be available again from 0700 hours on Friday 23 May.

Patients needing support will still have access to health services via their pharmacies or the walk-in centre at the Royal Victoria Hospital. And of course there is always the option of calling 111.

IMPORTANT: Before you complete an eConsult

Before completing your eConsult please consider if your health problems require a GP or are more suitable for other primary care services such as pharmacies or the urgent treatment centre at the Royal Victoria Hospital which provide minor illness and injury services.

Where eConsults are completed for health problems appropriate for those services, it is likely that our triaging GP's will refer patients to those services utilising appointments at the surgery for long-term and complex conditions or health issues that do not resolve as expected.
